Payment Methods
All major credit cards are accepted for online registration payments. Transactions are processed securely through our payment service provider, Stripe.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of congress registrations must be submitted in writing to the congress organiser at cwa@studio12.at.
For cancellations received up to 30 days before the start of the congress, the prepaid registration fee will be refunded, less an administrative fee of €50 and any applicable bank charges. No refunds can be issued after this date.
