Abstracts

The abstract submission will open shortly.

Abstract Submission

Please read the guidelines below carefully before you start with the submission process in order not to risk rejection of your abstract due to formal criteria.

  • Maximum allowed words: 500. No tables or graphs are allowed! Please use upper and lower cases
  • The abstract body must be structured as follows:
    • Background
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusions 
  • The abstract body must be structured as follows:
    • Clinical science
    • Basic science
    • Transformational

Submission process:

  1. Access Oxford Abstracts
    Open the submission link provided for the event.

  2. Log in or create an account
    Sign in with your existing Oxford Abstracts account or create a new account if required.

  3. Start a new submission
    Click “Submit an Abstract” or “New Submission” to begin.

  4. Enter the abstract details
    Complete all required fields, including the abstract title, author(s), affiliations, abstract text, and any other requested information.

  5. Select the relevant category
    Choose the appropriate topic, category, or presentation type, if applicable.

  6. Review your submission
    Check all information carefully and make sure your abstract complies with the submission guidelines.

  7. Submit your abstract
    Click “Submit” to complete the process. You should receive a confirmation once your abstract has been successfully submitted.

  8. Edit your submission, if needed
    If permitted, you can log back into Oxford Abstracts and make changes until the submission deadline.

The conference organizers will notify the author with their decision about whether or not the abstract is accepted by end-February 2027. 
The corresponding author will also receive an automated email confirming the abstract submission was successful.
