The online registration has already been closed. You can still register on site at Salzburg Congress. The opening hours of the registration desk are as follows:

Saturday, 8 April          08:00 – 13:00

 

Registration fees and deadlines

Registration can be done online until April 3rd, 2017. After this date only on-site registration is possible. The deadline for early registration is January 31st, 2017. To purchase junior admission, you must be born after April 6th, 1981. Furthermore it will be necessary to upload a copy of your passport.

 Registration includes the following unless otherwise specified:

  • admission to scientific sessions and poster presentations
  • admission to the industrial exhibition
  • printed material for the conference
  • abstract book
  • conference bag
  • coffee breaks and business lunches

 

Terms of payment

Payments must be made in Euro (€) when registering. Please do not forget to indicate "SE 2017", your name + reference number on the transfer slip.

Upon receipt of the completed registration and remittance of the appropriate fees, delegates will receive an official confirmation email.

 

Cancellations and refunds

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. If cancellation is received by March 6th, 2017 payments will be refunded minus bank charges and a handling fee of € 50.-  No refunds can be made for cancellations after this date. Please note that due to organisational reasons, all refunds will only be processed after the meeting.
Please make sure that your contact details are correct as these are used for all booking confirmations. Congress und Messe Innsbruck/ PCO Tyrol Congress does not take any responsibility regarding contact data. Your booking is binding from the moment you completed your booking.


Liability and insurance

Neither the organisers, nor the congress secretariat or other suppliers accept liability for any injury, loss or damage, arising from accidents or other situations during or as a consequence of the congress. Please check your personal insurance.
